New(ish) track spirulate and video live on YouTube
A new / extended version of the track that appeared on Daniel Stirrup’s “All in the same boat?” film last year is now up on YouTube, with a kaleidoscopic jellyfish video so there’s something to look at.
The music is built around a field recording of a foghorn from the Golden Gate Bridge, and features a vocoded snippet of a group of individuals being unable to work a telephone. The new version has a slightly harsher edge in the first half, which then gives way to a bumbling ambient section to close things out.
