The Vellum Hill Location Series is a personal archive of dozens of hours of field recordings made over the past decade in locations across Europe, Asia and the Americas. Select recordings form the bedrock of almost all Vellum Hill tracks, whether providing background ambient layers, specific focal points or being processed for use as instruments in their own right. Subjects span the natural and man-made worlds, placing a particular emphasis on the confluence of the two.
